Addenda


Semi-detached duplex 2 x 5.5 room apartments with two

apartments in basement. Apt #1 bachelor apt is a 2.5 room

unit in the basement with semi-open bedroom,

bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchenette. There

are now 4 meters and 2 new electrical panels that were

installed in 2022. Each tenant is responsible for his

electricity with the exception of the hot water in the
